When a game's three activity buzzwords are "Explorate," "Constructify," and "Smasherize," you know you're dealing with something a little different. That would appear to be the case with The Missing Ink, a browser-based MMORPG from the UK's RedBedlam, in which players repair and rewrite fractured fairy tales, misbegotten myths, and laundered legends.
The game's storyline will revolve around an evil force bent on altering popular legends for purposes unknown, and it's up to the players to set things right. As the press release puts it:
And that just won't do.
The game is currently in open alpha and you can register now to try the game out on The Missing Ink website. On the bright side, it looks like the troll that would normally collect a toll for doing so is out to lunch.
