Wizard101 takes home multiple honors in Beckett Massive Online Gamer Reader’s Choice Awards
World of Warcraft, Star Trek Online, and Eve Online also snag trophies
DALLAS, TX (Jan. 5, 2011) – After nearly two months and thousands of entries, the winners of the Beckett Massive Online Gamer 2010 Reader’s Choice Awards, celebrating the best in massively multiplayer online gaming, have been announced. In a surprising turn of events, KingsIsle Entertainment’s family-friendly MMORPG, Wizard101, captured top honors in several categories, including Best MMO of 2010, a testament to its burgeoning fan base, which was announced at 10 million players in June 2010.
